Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team in Lake City, FL . This permanent role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment where you'll provide critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions.

You will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering direct nursing care and ensuring the highest quality of patient outcomes. The ideal candidate has strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and thrives under pressure.

Responsibilities :

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU, including assessments, treatments, medication administration, and monitoring.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and changes in patient conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and implement care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and timely in the medical record.
• Maintain and operate critical care equipment and monitor life support systems.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols for safety and patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and treatment plans.

Qualifications :

Note : Candidates with 2 years of PCU (Progressive Care Unit) experience may be considered.
