As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, hazards, or conditions encountered during patrols.

Assist with controlling access to the facility and verifying identification of individuals entering the premises.

Communicate professionally with client representatives, employees, visitors, and emergency personnel as needed.

Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly.

Remain alert and attentive throughout assigned shifts to help to deter unwanted activity and maintain a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
