Occupational Therapist

Exodus Recovery, Inc. (Exodus) shall employ individuals to provide comprehensive mental health services for clients in Exodus programs under contract / certification from various funding sources. Occupational Therapist shall facilitate initial and on-going assessment, provide group and individual treatment interventions (which may include family therapy) consistent with the Clients goals / desired results / personal milestones which focus primarily on symptom reduction as a means to improve functional impairments and coordinate care objectives with multidisciplinary treatment team.

_REPORTS TO : _Director of Occupational Therapy

• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
• One (1) year clinical experience in the mental health field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong knowledge of assessment and crisis intervention skills. Ability to work independently and show mature judgment.
• Must be licensed by the state of California as an OTR / L
• EDUCATION :
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in occupational therapy.
• Current CA license and current Continuing Education for maintenance of license as applicable.
• Current CPR Certification required and current CPI Certification preferred.

Commensurate with experience.
