Job Type : Full-time, Non-Exempt Location : Bolling JBA Commissary, 185 Chappie James Boulevard, Washington, DC 20032 Reports To : Project Manager

Position Summary

The Store Worker Lead is responsible for supervising a team of store workers, ensuring the effective execution of shelf-stocking and RSHA operations in accordance with contract standards. This role serves as the first point of contact for operational issues on the floor and ensures compliance with quality control and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of commissary or warehouse experience.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience (preferred).
• Proficient in basic English communication and reporting.
• Certified to operate forklifts and other MHE (preferred).
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
