Position : Associate & Labor Relations Partner
Location : South Bend, Indiana | Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000 annually

Overview of the Role :
Lead investigations into employee relations matters, including misconduct, harassment, and discrimination.
Coach managers on performance management, corrective actions, and conflict resolution.
Support collective bargaining negotiations and handle grievance resolutions.
Advise leaders on labor contracts, policies, and compliance with state and federal laws.
Deliver training and promote best practices in investigations and labor relations.
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; HR certification a plus.
5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in union / labor relations .
Skilled in investigations, coaching, and contract interpretation.
Strong knowledge of labor and employment law.
