Event Systems Engineer II

Your responsibilities will include :

• Maintaining and operating the production systems for a variety of events, from corporate meetings to concerts.
• Designing, programming and executing live events with autonomy while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborating with a team of engineers to enhance system functionality and operational strategies.
• Leading troubleshooting efforts for technical issues and implementing proactive measures to prevent recurring problems.
• Communicating effectively with team members and clients on all technical aspects.

As an Event Systems Engineer, you’ll manage maintenance projects and ensure the health of our production equipment. You’ll also dive deep into understanding our systems to quickly diagnose issues and maintain production stability.

This is a full-time position with varying hours based on event schedules, including approximately 25% travel across the US in the first year.
