Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Structural Welder role in Gresham, OR . Key Responsibilities :

• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on a variety of structural steel components in accordance with blueprints, welding symbols, and project specifications.
• Fit, align, and assemble metal parts to precise tolerances using jigs, fixtures, and measuring instruments.
• Inspect completed welds for strength, appearance, and compliance with standards and tolerances.
• Operate and maintain welding and cutting equipment to ensure safe and efficient performance.
• Work from detailed fabrication drawings to ensure accurate dimensions and assembly.
• Follow all company safety policies, including the proper use of PPE, lockout / tagout procedures, and safe material handling.
• Collaborate with fabrication, assembly, and quality control teams to meet project deadlines and maintain consistent production flow.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support a safe and efficient environment.
