Job descriptionServe as a primary client-facing contact for issue triage, requirements clarification, demonstrations, and post-go-live support; document fixes and workflows. Configure, deploy, support, and troubleshoot ArcGIS Enterprise solutions; ensure quality and compliance with internal standards and best practices. Lead and witness testing activities (functional, UAT, and release certification), prioritizing stability, performance, and usability. Publish and maintain services, maps, and apps; manage environments and promote configurations across tiers. Collaborate within Waterfall or Agile teams alongside Project Management, Business Analysts, and Infrastructure to plan releases, manage risks, and meet SLAs. Use basic Python / arcpy and SQL when needed to automate routine tasks or streamline configurations.

Duration : 6-12+ Months Contract
Skills :
- Over 5 years of configuring ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise tools (Map, Dashboard, App Builder, Experience Builder)
- Over 5 years using ArcGIS Pro and publishing services to ArcGIS Enterprise
- Experience with enterprise RDBMS (e.g., Oracle)
- Basic experience with Python and the ArcPy library
