Senior Content Strategist

A company is looking for a Senior Content Strategist, Information Architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Define and revise the information architecture for technical documentation to enhance content findability and usability

Evaluate current content management systems and develop a training plan to support content effectiveness across various platforms

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document requirements and guide the implementation of new content management tools and processes

Required Qualifications

Deep understanding of content management systems and AI-enabled content tools

Familiarity with XML / DITA and structured content architectures

Experience in implementing or enhancing content management systems and processes

Knowledge of measuring content and design effectiveness

Experience working in SaaS-based initiatives or companies
