Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide behavioral support services within a K-12 educational setting in Olympia, WA. The position is contract-based for the uping school year, offering hands-on experience working directly with students who require behavior intervention plans and skill development.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect and record accurate data on student progress.
  • Use evidence-based techniques to promote positive behavior and social skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to ensure consistency.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines at all times.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Experience working with children in K-12 educational environments preferred.
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

    Duration : School Year (NSY) Contract
