Audacy is seeking a detail-oriented and experiencedAccounts Payable Analystto join our Corporate Finance team in Philadelphia. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all vendor payments and related financial activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :
Oversee thefull accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, payment execution, and reconciliation activities.
Execute and monitorACH, wire, and foreign bank transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Performbank reconciliationsand resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Analyze, identify, and troubleshoot transaction or processing errors with precision.
Support1099 preparation and state escheat reportingto ensure regulatory compliance.
Providetraining and guidanceto internal team members and external processing partners.
Build and maintainproductive relationshipswith the company's outsourcing partners for supplier invoice processing.
Conductvendor account analyses, preparejournal entries, and performaccount reconciliationsas required.
Demonstrate proficiency ingeneral ledger structuresandchart of accountsmanagement.
Prepare and deliverad hoc financial reportsand contribute tospecial projectsas assigned.
Participate inmonth-end close activities, including accruals and reconciliations.
Assist with the review of employee expense reports to ensure compliance with thecorporate travel and expense policy.
Coordinate with third-party auditors responsible for reviewingConcur T&E submissions.
Administer the company'scorporate card and travel expense programs.
Review and supportcontract interpretation and negotiationrelated to travel industry agreements.
Qualifications
More About You : Required Skills :
Minimum of3 years of progressive experiencein accounts payable, accounting operations, or financial analysis.
Bachelor's degreein Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
Demonstrated proficiency withERP systems(Microsoft Dynamics SL and / or NetSuite preferred).
Advanced knowledge ofMicrosoft Excel(including VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, and data analysis functions).
Proficiency withMicrosoft Office Suite,Google Workspace, and related business applications.
Strong understanding ofGenerally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Experience withConcurand familiarity with corporateT&E policies.
Preferred Skills :
Prior Experience supporting ERP system implemenation or migrations.
Abilty to work independently and proactively in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Demonstrated attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.
Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Proven capability to prioritize and mange multiple taks simultaneously.
