Your responsibilities include : \n

• Delivering patient care according to physician prescriptions and care plans.\n
• Coordinating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.\n
• Creating and implementing personalized nursing care plans based on thorough patient assessments.\n
• Educating patients and families on health management, medications, and self-care.\n
• Monitoring and evaluating patient conditions, adjusting care plans as necessary.\n
• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment by adhering to infection-control policies and safety regulations.\n
• Documenting nursing care and maintaining accurate patient records.\n
• Maintaining and troubleshooting patient care equipment to ensure functionality.\n
• Handling patient care supplies efficiently and ensuring they're well-stocked.\n
• Continuing to develop professionally through training and adherence to nursing standards.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state upon hire.\n\nPreferred Experience\n
• 1-3 years of experience in a clinical environment.\n\nExpectations and Standards\n
