What youll do :

Be the first impression for our clients, making them feel welcomed and assured they are in the right place for the best possible care. Heres a sampling of duties :

• Check-in clients
• Verify ID and scan to chart
• Ensure client and interpreter signs in and out
• Notify therapist when clients arrive
• Assist clients and interpreters with information, faxes, forms

Process referrals & authorizations efficiently and accurately to ensure the best possible client care. Heres a sampling of duties :

Communicate, communicate, communicate. You will be at the heart of our business interacting with clients, stakeholders, visitors and therapeutic / clinic team members. Heres a sampling of duties :

About you :

Bonus pointsfor bi-lingual candidates who speak Spanish fluently.
