Compensation : $45,000 base + uncapped commission OTE : $95,000+ in your first year. Top performers earn $120,000+. Additional incentives : cruises, luxury items, all-expense-paid vacations.

Location : Galleria (Hybrid eligible : 4 / 1 schedule during training, moving to 3 / 2 after 90 days).

Schedule : MondayFriday, Full-time.

What You'll Do :

• Sell exclusive memberships to high-level singles via outbound calls (5080 / day all leads provided!)
• Build fast rapport with prospective and past clients
• Guide clients through their membership journey and help select ideal matches
• Achieve and exceed sales quotas and KPIs
• Collaborate with a concierge-level matchmaking team to deliver exceptional experiences
