About The Position
We're excited to welcome a new urologist to our growing team at a medical center that's on track to become a Level II Trauma Center. This is a great opportunity for a physician who wants to step into a busy practice, enjoy modern facilities, and have plenty of room to grow.

- Busy from day one : You'll be joining 4 urologists and 2 advanced practice providers, with more than 600 patients already scheduled for follow-up care. You'll be able to ramp up quickly to a full practice.
- State-of-the-art space : Our clinic has 14 exam rooms, an ASC, and immediate access to lab, imaging, and ultrasound - everything you need under one roof.
- Balanced schedule : Typically 3-4 clinic days and 1-2 OR days each week, plus call every 4th night / weekend.
- Compensation that stands out : $600,000 guaranteed base salary, bonus potential, a $500,000 sign-on bonus, and up to $50,000 in relocation support.
