As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents while offering a visible and reassuring presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with tenants and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Mon 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Tue 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Wed 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Thur 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

Fri 02 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal.

Respond to incidents and / or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel as required.

Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following established protocols specific to the location.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter unauthorized access and / or violations of site rules.

Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and site representatives regarding security-related matters.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.

An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.

CPR certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A valid security guard card or license is preferred, subject to state and / or local laws and regulations.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
