Sr. Penetration Testing Consultant / ethical hacking expert -Full time

Job Summary (List Format) :

• Full-time, onsite role (5 days / week) in Maryland; relocation accepted; no sponsorship available.
• Requires current Top-Secret clearance with ability to obtain / maintain SCI eligibility.
• Position : Senior Cyber Red Team Operator (Penetration Testing, Senior Associate).
• Primary focus on adversarial threat emulation (Red Teaming) and penetration testing of IT platforms and networks.
• Work closely with government customers to test aeronautical systems, subsystems, equipment, and government networks (Windows, Linux, network devices).
• Identify vulnerabilities and issues within operational networks and programs.
• Apply advanced cybersecurity principles, concepts, and tactics.
• Eligible for compressed work schedule; may require flexible evening / weekend shifts as needed.
• Up to 10% travel required.
• Requires extensive experience (10+ years) in penetration testing, red team operations, and / or offensive security.
• Must hold relevant industry certifications (CEH, CISSP, etc.) and be able to obtain additional certifications (OSCP, OSCE, GXPN) within 6 months.
• Desired qualifications include military cyber training, additional certifications, and experience with web application testing, wireless / SDF hacking, scripting, and cyber ranges.
