Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Support the execution of awards and recognition programs across the enterprise. Maintain tracking systems and databases to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting. Assist with communications and documentation with excellent written and verbal skills. Provide support for marketing initiatives, including visual asset creation and event coordination. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct research and provide thoughtful solutions to program challenges. Assist with data analysis and validation across brands. Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Manage assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision. Maintain positive team dynamics and contribute to a collaborative work environment. Perform any additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications : One or more years' experience in a customer-centric business environment with administrative responsibilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, with advanced Excel skills. Experience with Copilot, Canva, and project management platforms. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to interact successfully with internal and external clients at all levels. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment. Strong research and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional time management and organizational skills. Comfortable working independently and in a team setting.
