A company is looking for a Clinical Social Worker / Professional Counselor / Marriage & Family Therapist (Remote / Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

Provide evaluation, assessment, and treatment through individual, marital, family, and group therapy

Conduct triage, crisis intervention, diagnosis, education, and discharge of patients

Collaborate with providers and agencies to ensure continuity of care through effective communication

Required Qualifications

Master's or doctoral degree in social work, professional counseling, or marriage and family therapy

Current State of Wisconsin license as a Social Worker, Professional Counselor, or Marriage and Family Therapist

Experience working with patients of various age ranges and mental health issues

Experience in conducting thorough intake assessments and providing ongoing treatment

Experience in a team environment and completing documentation in a timely manner
