Seeking growth minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The CFO's Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, translating business activities into financial impact
  • Lead financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance measurement
  • Drive cost savings and process improvement initiatives across departments
  • Oversee monthly and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and clarity
  • Manage relationships with external partners including banks, auditors, and insurers
  • Lead the IT and Business Intelligence teams, aligning projects with business priorities
  • Support strategic decision-making through make vs. buy analysis, capacity planning, and product development insights

Qualifications for the CFO Role :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA preferred
  • CPA certification is strongly preferred
  • 10+ years of financial leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 5+ years of management experience, including team development
  • 5+ years of IT / BI leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger, and financial systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet applications
  • Excellent communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
