Practice Overview
- You'll join an established team of Physicians and nurse practitioners
- Nurse practitioner team includes 1 taking first call and 2 supporting clinic operations
- Surgical support includes 2 da Vinci robots and subspecialty case mix if desired
- General urology is the priority; 20+ OR cases per week are typical
Schedule
Standard setup : 2 days clinic / 3 days OR, with flexible options such as block schedules or increased surgical volume1 week of call per monthPost-call days are off to support work-life balanceClinic volume averages 15+ patients / day with full support staff and scribe accessCompensation & Benefits
