Your mission

Pierre Fabre USA is seeking dynamic professionals to join as Dermatology Sales Representatives. You will represent our skincare brand, Avène, engaging with healthcare professionals to promote our innovative solutions. Join a global leader in dermatology and make impactful connections in this growing field.

Essential Functions

  • Territory Management / Account Management :

Detail HCPs on product attributes to foster recommendations.

  • Develop strategic territory plans and routes to meet objectives.
  • Visit approximately 9 HCPs daily.
  • Record activities and customer history in VEEVA CRM.
  • Handle administrative tasks including expense reports and territory budgets.
  • Manage product samples and literature inventory.
  • Relationship Building :
  • Build long-term relationships with healthcare providers and staff, maintaining detailed records in VEEVA.

  • Establish effective partnerships with regional and internal teams.
  • Product / Industry Knowledge :
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of Avène products through continuous learning and attending industry events.

  • Travel and Other Requirements :
  • Travel up to 2 times per year for meetings.

  • Work weekends as needed for medical meetings.
  • Travel overnight as required.
  • Follow all legal and company policies.
  • Competencies

    Qualifications

  • Preferably a 4-year college degree.
  • 2+ years in pharmaceutical, medical, or B2B sales preferred.
  • Experience in dermatology or skincare is a plus.
  • Proven sales achievement and product recommendation skills.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Self-managed, organized, and strategic thinker.
  • Technical aptitude with MS Office and VEEVA CRM.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Lift and manage samples up to 50 lbs.
  • Use standard office equipment.
  • Regularly talk, hear, stand, and walk.
  • Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
  • Travel

    Approximately 25-40% of the time.

    Compensation & Benefits

    Salary : $70,000 – $85,000, plus bonuses and incentives. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), PTO, holidays, parental leave, discounts, and wellness programs.
