Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist :

Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to improve patient mobility and function

Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapy as needed

Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and functional improvements

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

Maintain accurate and thorough patient records

Requirements :

Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist

Current BLS certification

Strong communication and patient care skills

Dedication to providing high-quality therapy services
