Web Content & Data Operations Assistant

Role Summary
The Web Content & Data Operations Assistant supports the accuracy, organization, and ongoing upkeep of Bella Vita's digital and internal systems. This role is primarily responsible for maintaining website content and product data, supporting SEO improvements, and ensuring online collections align with current marketing initiatives.

In addition, this position provides flexible, detail-oriented support for data entry and system maintenance across inventory, marketing, purchasing, and POS systems. This is a highly trainable role best suited for someone who is adaptable, organized, and comfortable switching between projects as business needs change.

Position is available in Nashville, as well as Memphis. Applicants at either location are encouraged to apply.

Primary Responsibilities

Web Content & Product Management (≈50–60%)

• Upload and maintain website products (titles, descriptions, pricing, images, tags, collections)

• Audit site content regularly to ensure accuracy and consistency

• Update collections, landing pages, and featured products to align with marketing campaigns and in-store priorities

• Execute basic SEO updates (page titles, meta descriptions, image alt text, tagging)

• Follow SEO and content checklists to support ongoing site improvements

• Identify and correct errors, missing data, or inconsistencies promptly

Data Entry & Operational Support (≈40–50%)

• Accurately enter and maintain data across systems (inventory, purchase orders, POS, marketing tools)

• Receive and enter large purchase orders in a timely manner

• Support inventory, marketing, and operations teams with routine data entry and system updates

• Assist with data clean-up, audits, and organization as needed

• Pivot quickly to short-term projects or urgent tasks when priorities change
