We are currently seeking a highly experienced and passionate  per-dem Home Care Administrator for the Greater Boston area.

With this  NEW  and  EXCITING OPPORTUNITY , the  Home Care Administrator  will hold administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for all home care services within the region   for our  NEW OFFICE!   If you are an ambitious, experienced person  looking to work with a SUPPORTIVE and TEAM-ORIENTED company we would love to hear from you!

While this opportunity begins as a per diem role, it has strong potential to transition into a full-time leadership position.   What We’re Looking For :

• Registered Nurse (Bachelor’s required) Or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) Minimum of 5 years of experience in home health care management, with a proven track record of success required.
• Strong knowledge of home health care regulations, reimbursement, and quality measures for the state of Massachusetts.
