Senior Manager, Commercial Banking Consulting

Strategy & Consulting is one of five services that make up one Accenture the others are Operations, Technology, Song, and Industry X.

Management Consulting professionals design and implement transformation programs that integrate strategy, technology, and operations to create enterprise value for clients. Accenture is growing our practice to help our clients navigate their transformational journeys. The Commercial Credit Senior Manager will be focused on supporting the development of our lending offerings and the delivery of transformational consulting projects.

Responsibilities may include :

  • Become a trusted advisor for C-suite clients looking to solve critical business problems.
  • Define clients' business and technology strategy.
  • Re-imagine world-class operating models for wholesale credit institutions.
  • Lead wholesale credit systems implementation engagements (requirements, design, test, deployment, etc.).
  • Manage all parts of projects, from client buy-in to planning, budgeting, and execution.
  • Source and coordinate work from other internal workforces.
  • Develop our next generation wholesale credit technology offerings.
  • Drive business development to originate new client opportunities.
  • Build your reputation as an industry thought leader.
  • Travel, as required, up to 80%, in the United States and Canada.

Heres what you need :

  • Minimum of 10 years relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development.
  • Minimum of 7 years of equivalent of commercial credit industry experience (sales, underwriting, closing, servicing, portfolio management).
  • Demonstrable experience leading a complex, large-scale commercial credit transformation across operating model, technology, and data / AI workstreams.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and managing relationships with C-suite client executives.
  • A Bachelors degree.
  • Bonus points if you have :
  • Launched new product offerings in the banking industry.
  • Implemented next generation analytic capabilities (e.g., predictive, generative, or agentic AI) for commercial lending.
  • Experience with additional commercial lending industry platforms, e.g., Moodys, Blooma, Built.
  • An advanced degree or financial industry certification.
  • Professional skills :

  • Proven ability to operate within a collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment, teamwork, and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian.
  • High energy level, focus, and ability to work well in demanding client environments.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Unquestionable professional integrity, credibility, and character.
  • Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.   • Colorado : $132,500 to $261,300
  • District of Columbia : $141,100 to $278,200
  • Illinois : $122,700 to $261,300
  • Maryland : $132,500 to $261,300
  • Massachusetts : $132,500 to $278,200
  • Minnesota : $132,500 to $261,300
  • New York / New Jersey : $122,700 to $302,400
  • Washington : $141,100 to $278,200
