Summary

We are seeking individuals with recruitment and / or marketing and / or creative design experience to support the success of enrollment for clinical trials, while also acting in a supportive role as a Research Assistant to other team members. Approximately 75 % of the role will focus on recruitment, while the other 25 % will assist the Lead Coordinator / Investigator in other study related activities (such as participant visits and phone calls, food challenge preparation, among others). The position requires working on-site, offering a structured environment and allowing for real-time collaboration.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (preferably with Nutrition experience)
• Previous experience in healthcare recruitment
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms and databases
• Knowledge of HIPAA and GCP Guidelines
• Experience in graphic design or comfortable creating marketing materials
• Experience with MS Office, Canva, Adobe, EPIC, REDCap Database Management
• Bilingual skills for Spanish
