Income Analysis Specialist

A company is looking for an Employment Income Specialist responsible for calculating various types of income for qualifying purposes.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and calculate income for self-employed borrowers, including various business structures and rental income

Review financial documents such as P&L and balance sheets to ensure accurate income analysis

Stay updated on Agency guidelines and maintain a timely turnaround for income analysis

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 3 years of experience with FHA, VA, Conventional, and USDA income guidelines

Knowledge in the calculation of self-employment and rental income

General understanding of fluctuating and variable income guidelines

Ability to make informed decisions regarding income calculations
