Job Description

As a Security Professional - Armed - Shopping Center Patrol in Austin, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.

As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to support a secure environment, and deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
