Legal Assistant position for a Birmingham personal injury law firm. Candidate must be highly organized, self-motivated, detail oriented, able to prioritize tasks, maintain deadlines and be a team player in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative support to attorneys
• Effectively communicate with courts, clients, and colleagues
• Effectively calendar and manage hearing dates and deadlines
• Facilitate phone calls, messages, and redirect calls
• Draft and review pleadings
• Submit and manage e-filings
• Prepare and send out correspondence
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
