Position Summary
The Research Associate for the Institute for Implementation Science would be responsible for enhancing academic scholarship and increasing productivity by developing and managing a publication tracking systems, coordinating scholarly meetings, developing and maintaining publication and conference databases, supporting manuscript and abstract development, supporting the development of presentations and reports, and facilitating peer review and journal communications. It bridges administrative precision with academic insight, ensuring that the institute's research outputs are well-organized, strategically disseminated, and aligned with institutional goals.
Plans, conducts, and directs a wide variety of experiments. Assists with the day-to-day activities for research project(s) and may impact the success of the research project(s).

Physical Requirements
Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and / or up to 10 pounds frequently and / or a negligible amount constantly to move objects. This position may include work involving potentially hazardous chemical, biological or radioactive agents.
