We are currently seeking a BPO Director to join our team.

Position Summary :

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Compliance to lead our global BPO compliance function. This role oversees critical areas including anti-fraud , anti-money laundering (AML) , privacy incident management , third-party administrator (TPA) licensing , and regulatory compliance across life, annuity, and health insurance products. The Director will manage a global team of compliance professionals, collaborate with internal leadership, and engage directly with clients to ensure robust compliance frameworks and practices.

Pay for this role is : $132,000

Hours of Operation : M-F, 8AM CST to 5PM CST

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field (JD or advanced degree preferred).
• 10 years of experience in compliance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in life insurance compliance and regulatory compliance.
• Strong understanding of AML, fraud prevention, privacy regulations, and insurance licensing.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead global teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Certifications such as CCEP, CAMS, or similar.
• Experience in client-facing roles and managing regulatory audits.
