Project Director (East Focus)

Must Have :

Experience : Minimum 7 years in engineering, project controls, commercial development, operations, or project management within the oil & gas or power generation industry.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in engineering

Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex projects (>

1 GW for East; combined cycle and gigawatt-scale for West).

Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and motivational skills.

Robust industry network and technical / project controls background preferred.

Nice to Have

PMP certification preferred. PE licensure is a plus but not required.

Familiarity with project management tools such as Oracle Primavera, Microsoft Project, and Power BI.

Core competencies in technical engineering or project controls, with ability to leverage team expertise in other areas.
