Banking Specialist Team Lead

The Banking Specialist Team Lead is responsible for receiving and processing requests to open, close and update bank account information. This is an accounting support position in a fast-paced centralized accounting services environment providing financial services to community associations throughout North America. Candidates for this position must meet Associa's credit requirements.

Duties include but are not limited to :

• Provide comprehensive bank related customer service to US Branch offices
• Facilitate client needs with partner banks (Opening / Closing / Maintaining HOA bank accounts)
• Work with departments across shared services center to ensure operational efficiency for various accounting functions
• Monitor, log, and retrieve HOA bank statements
• Transaction research
• Manage Bank Information in Complete Control for Communities (C3)
• Update signature cards as requested
• Generate banking reports within Complete Control for Communities (C3)
• Other duties as assigned
