Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years CVOR Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Location : Charlotte, NC

Assignment Length : 13 weeks

Shift : Day / standard OR hours (orientation provided)

Position Overview :

Seeking an experienced CVOR Surgical Technologist to support a fast-paced operating room environment. The role includes scrubbing for cardiothoracic and vascular procedures, as well as assisting with a variety of general, orthopedic, robotic, and specialty surgeries.

Key Responsibilities :

Scrub and assist during cardiothoracic procedures (CABG, AVR, MVR, Mini mitral, Septal myomectomy)

Scrub and assist during vascular procedures (fistula creations, carotid / femoral procedures, bypasses, hybrid cases)

Support general, orthopedic, robotic, urology, GYN, colon, breast, spine, podiatry, and plastic surgeries

Collaborate with anesthesia team, charge nurse, and OR assistants

Maintain proper documentation and adhere to safety standards

Requirements :

12 years of OR experience; first-time travelers accepted

BLS required; national surgical tech certification preferred

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced OR environment

Experience across multiple surgical specialties preferred

Schedule & Orientation :

Orientation provided : NEO plus 2 departmental days
