Job Title : Travel RN – Labor & Delivery (L&D) | Eureka, CA | 13-Week Assignment | Nights

Location : Eureka, California

Assignment Length : 13 Weeks

Shift : Nights, 6 : 00 PM – 6 : 00 AM

Schedule : 3 x 12-hour shifts, 36 hours / week

Weekly Pay Package :

  • Weekly Gross : $3,514
  • Blended Hourly Rate : $89.53 / hr
  • Weekly Stipend (Tax-Free) : $1,477.00
  • Weekly Taxable Income : $2,037.00

    • Job Description :

    We are seeking an experienced Travel RN – Labor & Delivery (L&D) for a contract assignment in beautiful Eureka, CA. This is a fantastic short-term opportunity to deliver exceptional care in a supportive hospital environment while earning a highly competitive pay package.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns throughout the labor, delivery, and recovery process.
  • Monitor fetal heart rates, administer medications, assist with epidurals, and support physicians during deliveries.
  • Educate and support patients and family members with compassion and expertise.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.

    • Requirements :

  • Active RN license valid in California
  • Minimum 1-2 years recent L&D experience (travel experience preferred)
  • BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (AWHONN preferred)
  • Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced, changing environments
