Job Details

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Oversight & Reporting : Direct financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across global manufacturing sites. Track KPIs such as cost per unit, labor efficiency, and material usage to identify improvement opportunities.
• Strategic Partnering : Collaborate with operations and finance leadership to evaluate working capital, plant performance, make-buy decisions, network optimization, and new product launches. Lead efforts to standardize and automate finance processes.
• Cost Accounting & Analysis : Implement and maintain standard costing methodologies, analyze manufacturing variances, and manage -inventory valuation and cost of goods sold.
• Month-End Close : Oversee site-level close processes, including balance sheet, income statement, and AR / AP activities.
• Controls & Compliance : Ensure adherence to global accounting policies, partner with audit teams, and oversee accurate physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Team Leadership : Mentor and manage finance teams across multiple sites, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
