Job Requirements

Education Requirements

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in Minnesota or eligible to practice in the state

Certifications Requirements

Current CPR / BLS certification required

Experience Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN in a long-term care or related healthcare setting

Other Requirements

Must be open to evening and night shifts

Must be flexible for 8-hour shifts, including evening (2 p-10 p) and night (10 p-6 a) shifts

Excellent communication skills and a compassionate attitude

Ability to pass background checks and comply with facility policies
