Local Contract Inpatient Case Manager - $55-57 per hour

Talent4Health is seeking a local contract nurse RN Acute Care Case Management for a local contract nursing job in Morristown, New Jersey. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Acute Care Case Management Discipline : RN Start Date : 12 / 08 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Local Contract Shift : 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM (may require weekend coverage) Location : New Jersey (NJ candidates preferred / local candidates strongly encouraged) Job Overview : Coordinate patient care throughout acute care hospitalization. Manage all aspects of the discharge planning and transition process. Perform utilization management and quality screenings. In-Patient Case Management experience is required. Required Skills & Experience : Minimum of 2 years of acute care experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of Case Management and Managed Care principles.
