Novant Health is seeking a compassionate and caring, board certified / board eligible Family Physician to join our team at Primary Care South Rowan in China Grove, NC. Our clinic has been a part of the community for over 10 years and we're excited to be adding this new member to our fantastic team. • A multi-disciplinary care team by your side :
• Medical assistants (CMA / RMA / LPN / RN)
• Clinical Documentation Specialist
• Artificial Intelligence scribe (EPIC / DAX)
• RN Case Manager and Transitions of Care Team
• Call coverage handled by a 24 / 7 nurse triage line - Care Connections
• Protected time for daily huddles, monthly provider meeting / team meetings and care planning
• Virtual appointments by video visits, telemedicine, or Provider on Demand
• Supportive clinical insights team to help you deliver more tailored care
• Quarterly bonuses based on outcomes, not RVUs
