URGENTLY HIRING : Outside Sales Representative / Appointment Setter - Roofing

Location : Hillsboro, OH (Greater Cincinnati / Columbus Area)

Compensation : $65K-$115K per year (Base + Uncapped Commission | OTE)

Job Type : Full-Time

Your Role : What Youll Be Doing

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Prepare and present estimates and proposals to homeowners
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure customer needs are met
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities and customer interactions

    • Minimum Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales and / or customer service
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Comfortable working on ladders and roofs (training provided)
  • Willingness to work MondaySaturday
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn AI tools
  • Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills

  • Earnings : $65K-$115K annually (Base + Uncapped Commission | OTE)
