Job Summary

At Skywalker Roofing, service is at the heart of everything we do, and we are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help share our story and support our growth. In this role, you will manage the lead pipeline, analyze marketing data, and provide insights to optimize performance while coordinating before-and-after jobsite documentation, vendor partnerships, and branded materials. You will also plan and execute local events, oversee Google Local Services Ads and online reviews, and contribute to social media and content creation to ensure authentic brand representation. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while keeping our values of honesty, quality, and compassion at the forefront. By connecting with homeowners and the community through meaningful marketing, you will help strengthen Skywalker Roofing’s reputation as a trusted partner in home improvement.

Responsibilities :

Lead Pipeline Management

  • Manage and track new leads in CRM to ensure a consistent and healthy pipeline.
  • Assess lead sources and implement measures to optimize lead generation and ROI.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align lead flow strategies with appointment goals.
  • Monitor lead dispositions and address bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the conversion funnel.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Review and interpret marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights to optimize marketing performance and enhance overall lead quality.
  • Analyze past campaigns to refine future marketing efforts.
  • Report on marketing analytics to different stakeholders.
  • Before & After Jobsite Documentation

  • Manage before-and-after jobsite photography, ensuring accurate project documentation.
  • Schedule and coordinate field shoots, working closely with production teams.
  • Swag & Apparel Management

  • Oversee ordering and inventory management for branded apparel and promotional items.
  • Ensure team members, events, and marketing initiatives are properly stocked with branded materials.
  • Vendor Management & Project Coordination

  • Manage relationships with vendors for marketing-related projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate third-party vendors for various promotional events and materials.
  • Ensure smooth execution of marketing projects, meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Local Event Coordination

  • Plan and execute local events, such as home shows and community activations, to drive lead generation.
  • Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor setup, staffing, and lead capture.
  • Train and manage event staff to represent the brand effectively and engage with attendees.
  • Analyze event success and provide insights for improvement.
  • Google Local Services & Online Review Management

  • Manage Google Local Services Ads, optimizing performance and handling dispute resolution.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews, ensuring timely and professional engagement.
  • Implement strategies to encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews.
  • Social Media & Brand Management

  • Support social media scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Act as a community manager, ensuring authentic brand representation.
  • Assist in content creation for social platforms, including photos, videos, and messaging.
  • General Marketing Support & Administrative Tasks

  • Assist with award applications, printed collateral, and premium / promotional materials.
  • Track marketing budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial accuracy.
  • Work closely with sales and leadership teams to maintain brand consistency across all marketing efforts.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
  • Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or a related field.
  • Experience in roofing, construction, or home services (HVAC, plumbing, remodeling) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to review and interpret marketing data.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, digital marketing tools, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams.
