HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel Electrophysiology Technician for a travel job in Anderson, South Carolina.

Title : Electrophysiology Tech

Location : Anderson, SC

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day, 4x10-Hour (06 : 30 – 17 : 00), Monday–Friday, occasional late stay up to 6 / 7 PM, no call, no weekends, no holidays

Job responsibilities and all required and preferred skills and requirements

  • Perform and assist with electrophysiology procedures including EP studies, cardiac ablation, cardiac mapping, cardioversion, pacemaker insertion, AICD insertion / programming, and tilt table studies.
  • Work in EP Lab and Cath Lab settings; scrub and circulate procedures; maintain sterile field; follow infection control protocols and sterile techniques.
  • Interpret dysrhythmias, recognize life-threatening arrhythmias, and ensure patient safety during procedures.
  • Utilize Medtronic and Boston Scientific PFA mapping systems, CLARIS workstation, and EPIC charting system.
  • Patient population : Adults; daily census of ~6; unit has 2 procedure rooms.
  • Prefer candidates with experience scrubbing / monitoring EP ablation, knowledge of advanced EP technologies, and willingness to teach.
  • Required Certifications / Licensure :

  • BLS, ACLS, RCIS or RCES (CCI), SC State License (required before start).
  • Preferred Experience :

  • Teaching hospital experience.
  • Highly experienced EP Techs with advanced procedural and monitoring experience.
