Our team is looking to welcome a mature, motivated, mission-driven Senior Web Developer to join Khushi Baby

Responsibilities : Architecting and developing scalable, high-performance React.js applications.

Implementing best practices for state management, component reusability, and maintainability.

Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Optimizing application performance and scalability.

Conducting thorough code reviews and enforcing quality standards.

Designing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies.

Collaborating with UI / UX designers, backend developers, and product teams.

Leading technical discussions and mentoring junior developers.

Contributing to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps.

Requirements : Extensive experience (5+ years) with React.js , including server-side rendering (SSR), code splitting, performance optimization, and Hooks API.

Strong state management expertise with Redux, or Context API for scalable apps.

Proficiency in testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Enzyme for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Full-stack experience with Node.js, Express.js, and databases like MongoDB or PostgreSQL.

Leadership and mentorship skills , guiding junior developers and enforcing best coding practices.

Strong problem-solving abilities and debugging skills for performance optimization.

Effective collaboration and communication , working with cross-functional teams.

Adaptability and eagerness to learn , staying updated with industry trends.
