Production Lead who excels in operational management within a high-growth, automated manufacturing environment. This role demands a keen focus on efficiency metrics and effective scheduling practices.

In addition to these qualities, we are looking for someone with the following characteristics and qualifications :

Requirements :

• Ensure monthly KPI’s of manufacturing performance.
• Maintain production meeting rhythms to drive accountability and consistency.
• Create and manage effective scheduling practices to ensure customer demands are fulfilled for all products.
• Optimize labor cost and workflow.
• Implement SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die) principles to reduce changeover times.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
• Share Best Practices between Manufacturing Lines (Cells)
