A company is looking for a Care Coordinator Auth Scheduling Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Completes patient referrals and coordinates with relevant practices and departments

Obtains necessary authorizations and prepares financial estimates for patients

Coordinates and schedules surgical procedures and diagnostic testing, ensuring accurate scheduling

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Computer experience required

Understanding of insurance coverage and medical necessity policies preferred

Knowledge of medical records software preferred

Customer service experience required
