Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for managing directors, managers and their teams.
- Coordinate complex, senior-level internal / external meetings.
- Handle a high volume of phones calls and emails and able to interact with business leaders in a professional and efficient manner.
- Respond and follow up on requests.
- Maintain and manage complex and detailed calendars and prioritizes meeting requests and related logistics.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports.
- Maintain understanding of firm policies and handles issues independently.
- Onboard new hires to the team.
- Manage administrative duties for the managers and team and any ad-hoc projects.
