Fresh out of CDL school? Start getting paid THIS week instead of waiting months.
East Coast regional dry van routes (no far-west)
2,200–2,500+ miles per week once solo
100% no-touch dry van freight
Assigned late-model automatic tractor you can take home
4–6 weeks of paid, one-on-one mentoring
Direct upgrade to solo immediately after training

Pay & Benefits

$300 sign-on + $300 orientation = $600 cash your first week

Guaranteed weekly pay throughout the training period

Solo pay : $1,200–$1,500+ weekly after upgrade

Pay per mile starts at $0.56 CPM (practical miles) after training

Detention, layover and safety bonuses

Full medical, dental, vision + 401(k) after 30 days

Rider and pet program available after 30 days

Requirements

Valid CDL-A, age 21+

120+ hours from an accredited CDL school

Clean-ish recent MVR / PSP (case-by-case review)

Pass DOT physical and drug screen
