Your Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and empower a high-impact direct sales team within the healthcare market
  • Expand our market presence strategically by leveraging your established industry network.
  • Design, implement, and continuously enhance sales excellence initiatives and best practices.
  • Analyze and optimize sales processes to increase efficiency and deliver outstanding results.
  • Drive new client acquisition while cultivating and maintaining long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Set, monitor, and exceed ambitious sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Report key metrics and insights to executive leadership, providing actionable recommendations for growth.

Your Profile

  • Executive sales leadership experience in providing digital solutions to the healthcare industry including physicians, pharmacies, laboratories, government and public health agencies, hospitals, insurers, and pharmaceutical companies
  • Outstanding academic background from a top-tier, internationally recognized university.
  • Demonstrated success in sales excellence and process optimization.
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset combined with a strong hands-on execution style.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and German.
