Redstone Commodity Search is working with an Agricultural Derivatives Brokerage looking to hire a sugar derivatives broker covering LATAM and / or the US.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships across North and / or South America, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Execute buy and sell orders efficiently, monitor market conditions for optimal trades.
  • Conduct thorough market research to provide insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Assess and manage risk exposure, developing and implementing hedging strategies.
  • Reports into the Global Head of Derivatives.

Key Qualifications / Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in derivatives broking, active transferable book of clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of sugar market fundamentals.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; fluency in English is mandatory and Spanish is advantageous.
  • Actively working with futures and options, experience with exotic products.
  • Located in either Miami or Sao Paulo; unable to relocate candidates from outside of America.
